In their instructional work, Anne-Laure Franchette & Géraldine Honauer propose a programme in three acts: "honouring a residue, comforting a flap, reviving a crack". By playing on the double lexical field of care and the forgotten, the two artists seem to be inviting us to recreate an empathetic relationship with waste, no longer seeing it as an undesirable element but as something that needs to be treated with tenderness.
